When will I receive my tracking number?
You will usually receive your tracking number within 10-13 days.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Once you receive it, it may take up to 2 days for your tracking number to activate.
How fast is the delivery time?
2-4 Business Days
What is the exchange/return policy?
We typically do not offer refunds on products as we state the shipping time for each product and the product description on each product page. It is up to the customer to read this information and ultimately be the person who purchases. But, if you feel as if your product is damaged, you can send us clear evidence through photos of your product, packaging, as well as your customer information so our team can dispute this issue depending on the resolution.
